Is the service really free?
Yes, and there is no paid tier. There is no link limit, we do not ask for an account or a card, and every feature — statistics, QR Code, password and custom path — is available from the first use.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Paste the URL, click shorten and the link is ready. No sign-up, no email, no install.
Will my links expire?
Links that receive clicks are never removed. Only addresses identified as malicious leave the platform, along with the ones you set an expiry date for yourself.
How many clicks did my link get?
The statistics page shows the total clicks, the date of the last visit and the traffic source. Just paste the short link to check — also without an account.
Can I choose the link address?
Yes. The custom path option accepts 7 to 50 characters, using letters, numbers and hyphens. Each path is unique and cannot be reused.
How does the password-protected link work?
When shortening, tick the password option. The link gets the /s/ prefix and only opens for whoever enters the password on the verification screen. It protects access through the short link, not the destination file.
How do I know a short link is safe?
Every link created here goes through a verification screen with anti-malware, anti-phishing and antivirus checks before redirecting. For third-party links, use the unshorten tool and read the destination before opening.
